About

I have built this
from both sides of the chair.

I qualified with a DMD from the University of Szeged, Hungary in 2016. I started as an NHS dentist, moved into mixed dentistry and then into private work. After Covid, I joined Synergy Dental Group and became one of its highest-converting clinicians, later being named Best Dentist at Synergy.

In 2021 I became a partner and opened Synergy Dental Clinic Oldham as a squat practice. It grew from one surgery operating four days a week in year one to three surgeries operating six days a week today. We deliver private dentistry, an NHS contract and NHS urgent care from the same site.

I still treat patients. I also train dentists, treatment coordinators and call-centre teams. The 15K Accelerator is mentorship, not a sales course: we help you communicate the treatment, plan the case and deliver it, with support throughout the full journey.

I'm in a purely NHS practice. Can this still work for me?
Yes, and this is exactly where most people start. The programme is specifically designed for dentists in NHS-heavy or mixed practices. I've already done Invisalign and composite training. Will this actually add anything?
